- Notify jayakaya99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not using the platform for any illegal activities or actions that could compromise the safety of other users.
- Do not use automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account, including all transactions and bets placed.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the jayakaya99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to them personally. Deposits using third-party accounts without authorisation are prohibited.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include local online banking (FPX), TNG e-Wallet, and other methods that may be added from time to time. Deposits are typically processed instantly, while withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated in the account guide.
Jayakaya99 reserves the right to:
- Withholding or delaying withdrawals where identity verification or transaction confirmation is required.
- Cancelling or rejecting transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
- Setting minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals for each payment method.
- Requesting supporting documents (such as a copy of your identification card) to process withdrawals above a certain amount.
Any transaction errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user are solely the user's responsibility. Please review all details carefully before confirming any transaction.
4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability

Jayakaya99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors, or circumstances beyond our control. jayakaya99's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Jayakaya99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user was found to be in violation of one or more provisions of these terms and conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Account inactive for a set period with no transactions or logins.
- The user provided false or incomplete registration information.
- Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.
If an account is closed due to a violation, jayakaya99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. For account closures requested by the user, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are completed.
